🚫 Can I see all templates used by my team?
Currently, it is not possible to view a central overview of all individual templates created by team members. Templates are currently personal to each user.
✅ How can I see what has actually been sent?
While you cannot view the templates themselves beforehand, you can easily track all sent messages from your team using these two methods:
1. Via the Inbox (Central overview) Go to your Inbox and toggle the 'From team' switch (it will turn green). You will now see all incoming and outgoing messages from your entire team in one view.
2. Via the 'Contacted' tab Want to see interaction on a candidate level?
Go to the Candidates overview.
Click on the 'Contacted' tab.
Toggle the 'From team' switch to green.
Who and where? At the bottom right of each candidate, you can see which team member contacted them. The logo (e.g., WhatsApp or Email) indicates which platform was used.
