β The "First Contact" logic
The dashboard is designed to measure the effectiveness of your outreach to new candidates. We apply a strict rule:
New interactions: A candidate only counts in the 'Contacted' card if they entered this status for the very first time within the selected period.
Follow-ups: Messages sent to candidates who were already approached before the selected period do not count in this specific summary. We view these as a continuation of an existing conversation.
π‘ Example: If you send your first email on January 10th, the candidate counts in the January dashboard. If you send a reminder on January 20th, that action does not count as a "new contacted candidate" in your weekly overview of January 20th.
