Through the branding settings, you can customize the visual identity of the emails sent via Rj communication agent templates. This ensures instant brand recognition for the recipient.

⚙️ Configuration

Follow these steps to set up your branding:

  1. Upload your logo: Click the upload area to add your company logo (File type: PNG, JPG, or JPEG | Max size: 1 MB).

  2. Choose your color: Use the color picker or enter a Hex code, R, G, or B value directly to match your exact brand color.

  3. Save the template: Click the pink button to confirm your changes.

✨ Output & user experience

Once you save the settings, all automated emails are immediately updated with your logo and color. You can click 'Show Preview' to see exactly what the email looks like for the recipient. Not satisfied? Use the 'Reset' button to start over easily.

🛑 The limits we have

  • File size: Logos must not exceed 1 MB.

  • File format: Only PNG, JPG, and JPEG are supported.

Can I add different brand identities? No, the branding set here is applied to all automated emails sent by the Rj communication agent.
