🚀 How it works

Through the branding settings, you can customize the visual identity of the emails sent by the Rj communication agent. This ensures instant recognition for the recipient. ​

⚙️ Configuration

Follow these steps to set up your corporate identity:

  1. Upload your logo: Click the upload field to add your company logo.

  2. Choose your color: Use the color picker to match your exact brand color.

  3. Save template: Click the pink button to confirm your changes.

✨ Output & user experience

As soon as you save the settings, all automated emails are instantly updated with your logo and color.

  • Click 'View preview' to check exactly what the email looks like for the recipient.

  • Not satisfied? Use the 'Reset' button to easily start over. ​

🛑 The limits we have

  • File size: Logos cannot exceed a maximum size of 1 MB.

  • File format: Only PNG, JPG, and JPEG files are supported.

❓ FAQ

Can I add multiple brand styles? No, the branding you configure here will be applied to all automated emails sent by the Rj communication agent. ​
​I don't see this option in my menu? Please note: This feature is currently only available on a limited basis and has not been enabled for everyone yet. Ask your Success Manager to activate this option for your account.
