✅ What do you need to authorize Robin?
Make sure you have the following ready:
📄 Your Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number
📱 A mobile phone
🪪 A copy of the ID of the authorized signatory within your organization

1. Don’t have eHerkenning yet?
Send an email to [email protected].
We’ll send you an alternative step-by-step guide so you can still set up a chain authorization without eHerkenning.
(If this applies to you, skip steps 2 and 3 below.)
2. Don’t have a company profile on Werk.nl yet?
If not, create one via Werk.nl:
Log in as an employer
Go to the overview of company profiles
Click “Create company profile”
Fill in your company details + contact person (not Robin)
⚠️ Important: Only the administrator of the eHerkenning account can issue the chain authorization.
💡 Tip: Do you have multiple legal entities (BVs)? Choose the name candidates will recognize — this name will appear in messages sent via Werk.nl..
3. Authorize Robin via eHerkenning
Grant Robin the following two authorizations:
UWV/Werk.nl → “Posting vacancies and searching CVs”
UWV/Werk.nl → “Managing accounts”
🔒 This only allows Robin to send your actions from Robin to Werk.nl — nothing else.
🧩 How to issue a chain authorization per provider
Below are the instructions for each eHerkenning provider.
Reconi
You can find a step-by-step guide on their website.
Log in to the Reconi eHerkenning portal
Click “My Account” → “My Authorizations”
Click “Request new chain authorization”
Step 1: Enter our KVK number: 68461925
Step 2: Click Next
Step 3: Select the organization you want to authorize Robin for
Step 4: Click Next
Step 5:
Select No for “Do you want authorization for all services?”
Choose the validity period
Select the services:
(1) UWV/Werk.nl → Posting vacancies and searching CVs
(2) UWV/Werk.nl → Managing accounts
Click Add authorization
Click Next
Click Add authorized representative
Select an existing contact or add a new one
Fill in all fields → Save → Next
Complete the remaining steps
KPN

Log in with your email + password (or 5-digit code) + SMS code
Go to My Account → My Authorizations
Click “Request new chain authorization”
Enter the intermediary’s KVK number: 68461925
Fill in the organization and authorized representative details
Select the services:
(1) Posting vacancies and searching CVs
(2) Managing accounts
Choose the validity period (1, 3, or 5 years)
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation by email
Sign the form with original signatures and send it by post (Only required if you do not have administrator rights)
Send the confirmation to [email protected] Make sure your KVK number and the authorized services are visible.
We-ID
You can request a chain authorization yourself via the We-ID admin console.
After completing the process, send the confirmation to [email protected], including your KVK number and the services you authorized.
Quovadis
You can request a chain authorization via the QV admin console.
After completing the process, send the confirmation to [email protected], including your KVK number and the services you authorized.
Digidentity
Log in at selfservice.digidentity.eu
Select the company you represent
Click Chain Authorizations
Go to Outgoing chain authorizations
Click Grant new authorization
Enter the KVK number of the company you want to authorize
Click Continue
Select eHerkenning LoA 3 as the assurance level
Click Assign this authorization
Click All services
For each required service, click Authorize
Click eHerkenning (top right of the service name)
Click Approve
Send the confirmation to [email protected], including your KVK number and the authorized services.
Z-login
You can request a chain authorization via your admin console. Follow the steps in Chapter 7 (page 46) of their documentation.
After completing the process, send the confirmation to [email protected], including your KVK number and the authorized services.
