Granting Robin Access for Werk.nl (eHerkenning)
Granting Robin Access for Werk.nl (eHerkenning)

With a chain authorization via eHerkenning, you can easily approach candidates from Werk.nl again.

Updated over a week ago

CVs from Werk.nl are Partially Anonymized
As of May 14, personal data is no longer visible on CVs from Werk.nl. The platform now only displays anonymized CVs to enhance the privacy of job seekers.

The phone number remains available (yay!), but the name, address details, and email address are currently not accessible to recruiters. As a result, about 40% of candidates can only be contacted via the messaging service on the Werk.nl platform.

Contacting Werk.nl Candidates
Starting from May 27, you can easily send messages to candidates on Werk.nl using Robin. Until then, you need to log in to Werk.nl to use their messaging service.

Since not every recruiter is authorized to log in to Werk.nl via eHerkenning, it can be challenging for many users to send messages. Therefore, we are simplifying this process with Robin. Read below to find out how.

Granting Robin Access with eHerkenning
It's essential that sending messages is done securely. With an authorization via eHerkenning, you can safely instruct Robin to send messages on your behalf on the Werk.nl platform. The sender of the message remains your company name. Recruiters receive responses from candidates by phone and on their business email.

This way, you don't have to log out of Robin to reach out to candidates, just as you can do with emails and LinkedIn messages. This saves time from constantly logging in again and also eliminates the costs associated with obtaining an eHerkenning account for all employees.
