✅ Tips for better search results:
Use synonyms: Searching by just one job title? Try adding variations too. For example: warehouse worker, logistics employee, or order picker.
Think broader: Not finding many matches in your own industry? Try related roles. For instance, quick delivery drivers often have similar skills to warehouse workers.
Recent experience: Make sure you're filtering by most recent or two most recent job experiences. If you select the full job history, you risk contacting people who no longer want to work in the field you’re sourcing for.
Updated CVs: Starting a new search? Look for CVs updated in the last month. Already reviewed everyone? Set your search to "last 24 hours" and log in each morning and evening to spot new candidates quickly.
Language: Dutch-speaking candidates may be important for certain roles, but that’s not always mentioned on a CV. If you filter by Dutch language, you might unintentionally exclude a large group who do speak Dutch but haven’t listed it on their CV.
Templates: Not getting many replies to your messages? The attached templates might give you inspiration for writing more engaging, relevant messages to candidates.
