Updated today

At the bottom of the dashboard, you will find the Leaderboard. This is the place where you can see the actual workload and the progress of your team per recruiter.

πŸ‘₯ All Actions vs. Conversations

There is an important difference between the general cards at the top and the list in the Leaderboard:

  • Conversations (Conversion): These are new prospect interactions (Dashboard Logic) This shows who started the most new candidate journeys.

  • All Actions: This column reflects everything a recruiter has done, including call-backs, reminders, and status changes.

πŸ“ˆ What do the columns mean?

The Leaderboard tracks the following data per user:

  • Search started: Number of new search queries created.

  • Hidden: Candidates rejected or hidden.

  • Shortlisted: Candidates marked as potentially interesting.

  • Contacted: Total number of contact moments.

  • Conversations (Conversion): Number of unique new candidates approached for the first time.

  • Matched: Number of successful job matches.

Because All Actions includes follow-ups, these numbers are often higher than the summary cards at the top. This provides a fair representation of the total time a recruiter spends in Robin.
