πŸ’‘ What & Why

Recruiters do much more in a day than just approaching new people. The Leaderboard makes all this work visible. You can see not only the results (such as responses) but also the team's effort (such as sending reminders).

βš™οΈ How it works

At the bottom of the dashboard, you will find a list per recruiter. There is an important difference between the main numbers at the top of the dashboard and the list in this Leaderboard:

  • Numbers at the top: This is a quick summary of the total team score.

  • Leaderboard at the bottom: This is a detailed list per person.

πŸ› οΈ Configuration (What do the columns mean?)

  • Search started: How often a recruiter started a new search.

  • Hidden: Candidates who were not suitable and were filed away by the recruiter.

  • Shortlisted: Candidates saved because they seem interesting.

  • Contacted: The total number of messages sent (including reminders).

  • Conversations: The number of candidates who responded positively.

  • Matched: The number of candidates for whom an intake is scheduled. This is also the moment a candidate is automatically synced to your ATS.

πŸš€ Output & User Experience

In the 'All Actions' column, you can see everything a recruiter has done. This includes reminders and moving candidates to different folders (status changes). This provides a fair reflection of the actual time a recruiter spends in Robin.

⚠️ The limits we have

Because 'All Actions' counts every click and message, these numbers are always much higher than the number of 'Matches'. Use this column primarily to understand your team's activity levels.
