If Robin does not recognize your accounts, the Robin Chrome extension is likely missing. Without this 'bridge,' Robin cannot communicate with your Indeed or LinkedIn session.
Install the extension: Download the Robin Chrome extension via this link.
Enable Cookies (Crucial): Ensure that third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings. If these are blocked, the extension cannot pass your login status to Robin.
Restart: Reopen Robin in Chrome and log in to Indeed or LinkedIn. The connection should appear automatically.

If the extension is active but the connection still fails, please check the following:
Within Robin:
Go to Settings β Browser extension.
Ensure the toggle for Indeed or LinkedIn is set to pink (enabled).
Account Requirements:
Indeed: Verify that the Smart Sourcing subscription is actually linked to your account. The integration will not function fully without this subscription.
LinkedIn: For InMail functionality, you need at least Recruiter Lite.
Credits: You need at least 1 available credit to activate the link. Please check your credit balance on LinkedIn or Indeed.
β Still receiving a 'no credits available' error?
If you have credits but the error persists, it is usually caused by outdated session data or blocked cookies.
Solution:
Double-check that third-party cookies are allowed (Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies).
Clear your browser cookies and cache.
Log in again. This forces a refresh of the connection between Robin and LinkedIn/Indeed.
