✅ Verified candidates
Next to the candidate's name, you will now see a verified icon. This means the candidate is actively looking for a job. We also ask these candidates extra questions to enrich their profile. You will instantly see:
what the candidate is looking for
what salary he/she expects
which preferences are important
All pink-marked preferences are exclusively supplemented via Robin. This information is therefore not always found on the original source where the CV came from.
💬 Contact via the write with AI flow
On the right side, under the contact options, you will find the pink Robin icon. This starts our automatic contact flow immediately.
How it works:
Select a suitable vacancy You always start the flow from a specific vacancy. It is only possible to use vacancies of 'high quality', because we also engage with the candidate after a positive reaction.
What is a high-quality vacancy? You achieve this by entering enough information into the empty fields of the vacancy.
Email from Robin (on your behalf) The email is sent via our no-reply address, but to the candidate, it appears as if it comes directly from you. You don't need to set anything up for this. This way you maintain a personal look, while communication remains secure and consistent.
Candidate reacts with one click In the email, the candidate can indicate with one press of a button whether he/she is interested.
Automatic reminders If the candidate does not respond immediately, we automatically send a reminder, as you are used to from us, to increase the chance of a response.
📝 Qualification questions
As soon as a candidate shows interest, we automatically ask a number of short qualification questions:
Do you have relevant certificates or licenses?
Is the offered salary acceptable to you?
On which days are you available?
Are you comfortable with [main requirements from the vacancy]?
Are you available for the indicated hours?
Do you speak Dutch and/or English?
📊 The status of the candidate
After starting the Robin flow, the candidate is automatically moved to the 'Contacted' tab. There you can follow the progress by clicking on the candidate's activity tab. You will also receive email notifications:
as soon as a candidate shows interest;
and as soon as the qualification questions are completed.
If a candidate indicates they are not interested, the following happens: we automatically hide the candidate in the 'Hidden' tab. No additional email is sent, but you can always find the candidate there.
