A candidate is automatically added to your ATS once they:
Respond positively via LinkedIn
Respond positively via Indeed
Reply positively to an email
Show interest through Robin Jr.
From that moment on, we make sure the candidate appears directly inside your ATS.

This way, you always have a complete and structured candidate profile in your own system.
⚙️ Setting the Default ATS Status
Your Robin admin can define which status these candidates should receive in your ATS.
To configure this:
Click the gear icon on the left-hand side (Settings)
Go to ATS
Click the blue pencil icon
Select the preferred status
Save your settings
From that moment on, all newly interested candidates will automatically receive the selected status in your ATS.
