Robin allows you to source suitable profiles across a wide network of connected job sites. Once you find a match, you can approach the candidate directly through our primary communication channels to start the recruitment process.

2. Approaching candidates Follow these steps to contact a candidate:
Create a search result within Robin for the desired position.
Select the candidate you wish to approach.
Choose one of the primary contact options:
Robin Jr. (for automated follow-ups and campaigns)
Call
✨ Output & user experience
As soon as you select a contact option, Robin opens the corresponding channel (such as an email template) so you can send your message immediately. The candidate's status is automatically updated within the system, ensuring you maintain a clear overview of your outreach activities.
🛑 The limits we have
Emailing and WhatsApp (Deprecated): You may still see the 'Call' and 'WhatsApp' options in your interface. Please note that these features are outdated and are currently being phased out. We strongly recommend using Robin Jr. or Call instead.
Platform access: To approach candidates on external job sites (such as LinkedIn or Indeed), you must hold an active license or account on that specific platform.

Can I still use the WhatsApp or calling features? These features are deprecated and are currently being disabled. For the most efficient and reliable outreach, we advise contacting candidates through Robin Jr. or Calling.
