πŸ” Navigating the Dashboard: Filters & Overviews

#interface #filters #dashboard #sources Learn how to use filters and how to use the pie chart to see which channels generate the most responses and interviews.

πŸ’‘ What & Why

The dashboard provides insight into the results of your work. It shows you exactly which channels (such as LinkedIn or Indeed) are generating the most responses. This helps you understand where your candidates are coming from.

βš™οΈ How it works

The data you see depends on the 'view' you have selected:

  • Conversations: This shows the number of candidates who have responded to your messages.

  • Matches: This shows the number of candidates for whom an interview has been scheduled.

πŸ› οΈ Configuration (Filters)

At the top of the dashboard, you decide which data is displayed:

  • Date Selector: Choose the period (e.g., "This month").

  • User Filter: View data for yourself, a colleague, or the entire team.

  • Search Filter: View the results for one specific vacancy.

πŸš€ Output & User Experience

The 'Jobsites' Pie Chart On the right side of the dashboard, you will find a pie chart. This chart purely shows where your results are coming from.

  • It displays the percentage of your conversations (responses) or matches (interviews) originating from each specific website.

  • This gives you a clear overview of your candidate sources without steering you in a specific direction.

⚠️ The limits we have

The data in the pie chart changes based on the filters you select at the top. Be sure to check whether you are viewing 'Conversations' or 'Matches' to interpret the numbers correctly.
