By creating Robin as a specific source in Carerix, all candidates entering via Robin are automatically labeled correctly. This matters for two types of reporting:
Based on placements: Always linked to a match.
Based on intakes: Candidates who might not yet have a vacancy or match linked.
⚙️ Configuration
The setup in Carerix is a one-time process. Follow these steps:
Log in to Carerix and navigate to Onderhoud (Maintenance) → Tabellen (Tables).
Create two new table entries with the following exact details:
Entry 1: Candidate Match
Type: Candidate Match
Name: Recruit Robin

Entry 2: Source Match
Type: Source Match

⚠️ Important: The code must be exactly recruitrobinmatch (no capital letters and no spaces).

One-time setup: This is a mandatory one-time configuration. If skipped, Robin results may become invisible or be attributed to the wrong source.
Exact code requirements: If the code differs from
recruitrobinmatch(e.g., by adding spaces or capitals), the integration will fail to recognize the source.
