βš™οΈ Carerix setup: Ensuring correct source attribution

#carerix #setup #integration #reporting #attribution

When working with the Carerix integration, it’s vital that candidates from Robin are registered with the correct source. This ensures accurate reporting on placements, intakes, and conversions, preventing the need for manual corrections.

πŸš€ How it works

By creating Robin as a specific source in Carerix, all candidates entering via Robin are automatically labeled correctly. This matters for two types of reporting:

  • Based on placements: Always linked to a match.

  • Based on intakes: Candidates who might not yet have a vacancy or match linked.

βš™οΈ Configuration

The setup in Carerix is a one-time process. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Carerix and navigate to Onderhoud (Maintenance) β†’ Tabellen (Tables).

  2. Create two new table entries with the following exact details:

Entry 1: Candidate Match

  • Type: Candidate Match

  • Name: Recruit Robin

  • Code: recruitrobinmatch

Entry 2: Source Match

  • Type: Source Match

  • Name: Recruit Robin

  • Code: recruitrobinmatch

⚠️ Important: The code must be exactly recruitrobinmatch (no capital letters and no spaces).

✨ Output & user experience

Once these fields are configured correctly, all results from Robin will be instantly visible in your Carerix reports. No manual adjustments are needed; your data on intakes and placements remains accurate and transparent.

πŸ›‘ The limits we have

  • One-time setup: This is a mandatory one-time configuration. If skipped, Robin results may become invisible or be attributed to the wrong source.

  • Exact code requirements: If the code differs from recruitrobinmatch (e.g., by adding spaces or capitals), the integration will fail to recognize the source.

Why do I need to create this twice? This ensures that both match data and general candidate sourcing are captured accurately, whether or not a vacancy is currently linked.
