Email your account manager of the ATS or [email protected] with the request to share the following information:
Carerix App name
Carerix API key
Send the details to support@ recruitrobin.com
Only an admin can follow these steps.

Robin works directly within Carerix, without the need for a browser extension or an extra login method.
Automatically logged in: As soon as you log into Carerix, you are automatically logged into Robin.
Faster and more stable: Without a browser extension, delays and login issues are completely resolved.
Everything centralized: You will find all features (including your Robin inbox and communication channels) right inside your familiar Carerix workflow.
⚙️ Configuration
⚠️ Please note: Only an administrator can complete the installation steps below.
Follow these steps to set up the integration:
Request activation from Robin Support: Send an email to [email protected] requesting to activate Robin in your Carerix environment. Our team will send you a personal token.
Activate Robin in Carerix:
Log into your Carerix environment.
Navigate to the Marketplace (bottom left in the menu).
Search for Robin and click Install (note: this may take a moment).
Enter the token you received from us.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Then click Activate to fully enable Robin.
Refresh your Carerix page to make Robin visible.
🛑 The limits we have
Admin privileges required: Standard users cannot perform the installation within the Marketplace.
Token required: The integration cannot be activated in the Marketplace without the specific token provided by Robin Support.

What are the costs for this integration? The Carerix integration costs an additional €50 per month on top of your existing subscription.
Why is there a monthly fee for this integration? We charge this fee to ensure we can keep improving the integrations and maintain their reliability. This is driven by three main reasons:
Increasing maintenance and development costs: We expand the integration with new features every year. This requires continuous development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
ATS partner fees: To build and maintain the integration, we pay a fee to systems like Carerix.
Direct value creation: The integration saves time, prevents manual work, and keeps the information in your ATS up to date. A fair fee reflects this value.
What can you see in your ATS?

You can find search queries not only under the Robin button in your ATS but also on the Searchbar! This way, you can easily access them.
