Looking for candidates with specific skills or keywords on their profile? This filter helps you search more precisely.
The ‘Skills / Keywords’ filter lets you search for any word that appears anywhere in a candidate’s profile. Perfect for targeting tools, certifications, or specific experience!

👉 Add one or more keywords, and Robin will only show profiles that contain at least one of them.

🎯 When to use this filter

  • When you're looking for specific skills like Java, Photoshop, or First Aid

  • When you expect to see certain terms in the profile, like leadership, project management, or scrum

🚀 How to use the filter

  1. Open a new or existing search

  2. Click the arrow at the bottom of the default filters to show all filters

  3. Go to the ‘Skills / Keywords’ filter

  4. Type a keyword and press Enter

  5. Click the three dots next to the word to select:

    • Must have

    • Exclude

📌 Note: You can add up to 5 keywords. This filter is more demanding on our system, so it may take a bit longer to load results.
