How do I set up Smart Pushing?

Step 1: Define the status

  • For most ATS systems: Go to the ATS settings page in the Robin app and select the desired status (e.g., "New applicant" or "Match").

  • For Carerix: The status (phase) is managed through the Robin app listing in the Carerix Marketplace. Any changes made there are automatically reflected in Robin.

Step 2: Linking to the vacancy Robin uses the ATS job ID linked to your Robin campaign to create the application under the correct vacancy.

Note: If no ATS job is linked to the campaign, the push will not happen.

Can I disable Smart Pushing? Yes, this can be disabled at the account level by the Robin team. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or account manager to request this.
