I Can't Find a Candidate in Our ATS

In this article, we explain the most common reasons why a candidate might not appear in your ATS and what you can do about it.

A candidate may not show up in your ATS for several reasons. First, check the following:

Are you a (relatively) new user?

Ask your supervisor if you have been added as an ATS user in Robin. They can verify this under the "ATS" section.

Does the candidate already exist in your ATS?

We match candidate data based on phone number and email address. If either one already exists in your system, we will not forward the candidate to avoid duplication.

Is the campaign (search) in Robin linked to a job posting?

If you are using one of the following ATS systems, you need to manually link the job posting to your ATS:

- Bullhorn

- Carerix

- CATSone

- Connexys

- Easyflex

- Helloflex

- Mysolution (Salesforce)

- Otys

- Recruitee

- Tigris

- TeamTailor

Try resending the candidate to your ATS.

Go to the candidate and click on the three dots next to their name. It may take up to 30 minutes for the candidate to become visible.

If you’ve checked the above and still can’t find the candidate, please message us via chat! Always include the name of the search and the candidate's name in your message!
