Connect your Robin environment to Otys to send candidates directly to your ATS!

Email your account manager or support@otys.com at Otys with the request to create and share the following information:
An account for Robin
Password
Otys API key

If you don't have a Robin account yet, share the information from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin as soon as you receive the details. We will ensure your ATS is connected.

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow the steps below to complete the integration yourself:
Select ATS
Select "Add New"
Choose "Otys"
Enter the username created by Otys, the password, and the API key
Select the users who need access to Otys or select everyone, and save.

2. Search bar.
You can use the search bar just as you're used to:
You can also use the general search bar and select Robin here, so you’ll only see the results generated by Robin:
4. Create a new search query with an existing vacancy.
It’s possible to create a new search query by clicking an existing vacancy in your ATS, which will then be visible in Robin! You can do this by following the steps in this link.
5. Dashboard.
Even the Robin 'Dashboard' is visible. Here you can keep an eye on your colleagues 😜
