How do I connect Otys?

Want to automatically send candidates from Robin into your Otys ATS? That’s possible with our Otys integration. To get started, send an email to [email protected]. We’ll take care of the setup for you.

How it works

Once you let us know you want the integration:

  1. We collect the required information for Otys.

  2. We send this information to Otys on behalf of [Client Name].

  3. Otys creates an API key and sends it to us.

  4. We activate and configure the API connection on our side and test the integration.

  5. From that moment on, candidates are automatically forwarded to your Otys ATS.

Costs

The Otys integration costs €50 per month, added to your existing subscription.

Why is there a monthly fee for this integration? We charge this fee to ensure we can keep improving the integrations and maintain their reliability. This is driven by three main reasons:

  1. Increasing maintenance and development costs: We expand the integration with new features every year. This requires continuous development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

  2. ATS partner fees: To build and maintain the integration, we pay a fee to systems like Carerix.

  3. Direct value creation: The integration saves time, prevents manual work, and keeps the information in your ATS up to date. A fair fee reflects this value.

What can you see in your ATS?

1. Robin fully visible.

Discover the complete Robin website! Take a quick look at the image below to explore:

2. Search bar.

You can use the search bar just as you're used to:

You can also use the general search bar and select Robin here, so you’ll only see the results generated by Robin:

4. Create a new search query with an existing vacancy.

It’s possible to create a new search query by clicking an existing vacancy in your ATS, which will then be visible in Robin! You can do this by following the steps in this link.

5. Dashboard.

Even the Robin 'Dashboard' is visible. Here you can keep an eye on your colleagues 😜
