  3. Check your inbox: Within a few moments, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘Robin Password Reset’.

    • Tip: Didn’t see it? Please check your spam folder.

  4. Choose a new password: Click the unique link in the email and enter your new password.

  5. Log in immediately: You can now log in directly with your new credentials. 🚀


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if the reset link doesn’t work? Sometimes email clients block clickable links. If this happens, copy the full URL from the email and manually paste it into your browser's address bar.

I’m not receiving the email, what now? First, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything after 5 minutes, there are two likely possibilities:

  1. Incorrect email address: Double-check that you are using the exact email address registered with Robin.

  2. Inactive account: If your account has been set to 'inactive' by an administrator, the system will not send a reset email for security reasons.

    • Solution: Ask your organization's Admin to reactivate your account. Once reactivated, you can request the password reset again.
