Go to the reset page: Navigate directly to the password reset page.
Enter your email: Type in the email address associated with your Robin account and click 'Reset Password'.
Check your inbox: Within a few moments, youâll receive an email with the subject âRobin Password Resetâ.
Tip: Didnât see it? Please check your spam folder.
Choose a new password: Click the unique link in the email and enter your new password.
Log in immediately: You can now log in directly with your new credentials. đ

What should I do if the reset link doesnât work? Sometimes email clients block clickable links. If this happens, copy the full URL from the email and manually paste it into your browser's address bar.
Iâm not receiving the email, what now? First, check your spam folder. If you still havenât received anything after 5 minutes, there are two likely possibilities:
Incorrect email address: Double-check that you are using the exact email address registered with Robin.
Inactive account: If your account has been set to 'inactive' by an administrator, the system will not send a reset email for security reasons.
Solution: Ask your organization's Admin to reactivate your account. Once reactivated, you can request the password reset again.
How often can I change my password? There is no limit. You can reset your password as often as you like or as required by your companyâs security policy.
