Do you want to update your password as a precaution or because you've thought of a stronger one? If you currently have access to your account, you can manage this directly from your profile settings.

๐Ÿš€ How it works

This method only works if you are already logged in to Robin. You can change your password in just a few steps:

  1. Log in to your .

  2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.

  3. Select โ€˜Settingsโ€™ or โ€˜Change Passwordโ€™.

  4. Enter your current password first for verification (the one you are currently using).

  5. Choose a new, strong password and confirm it.

  6. Click save. Your new password is now active!

No specific admin configuration is required. However, we recommend using a password manager. This ensures you can always generate a unique and complex password without having to memorize it.

โœจ Output & user experience

As soon as you confirm the change, your new password is saved directly. You will see a brief confirmation message. You will remain logged in on your current device; the session will not be interrupted. You only need to use your new password during your next login attempt or when logging in on a different device.

  • Login required: You must have access to your account to follow these steps. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, please use the .

  • Current password needed: You can only change your password if you still know your current one.

I am logged in, but I don't remember my current password. What now? Without your current password, you cannot save the change in your profile. In this case, log out and use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page.

Do I need to log in again on my phone after changing it? Yes, as soon as you want to log in again on another device (like your mobile), you will need to use your new password.
