Logging in to Robin is done via your email address combined with a unique verification code (Two-Factor Authentication). This ensures that only you can access your account.

  1. Go to the Robin login page.

  2. Enter your email and password and click 'Login'.

  3. Click the button to request a verification code.

  4. Copy the code from the email you receive from Robin.

  5. Paste the code into the input field and click 'Sign In'.

You don't need to configure anything yourself; this is enabled by default to guarantee the security of your data.

  • Browser: Make sure you allow cookies so that Robin recognizes your browser, which prevents you from having to request a code every single time.

  • Whitelisting: Not receiving the email? Ask your IT department to 'whitelist' emails from @robin.com.

Once signed in, you’ll land directly on your Dashboard or in your Inbox. You stay logged in as long as you don't fully close your browser or clear your cookies. This saves you time during your workday while keeping your account fully secured.

  • Code expiration: The verification code is only valid for 15 minutes. If you wait too long, you'll need to request a new one.

  • Account lockout: After too many incorrect login attempts, your account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.

  • Personal use: Sharing login credentials is not permitted. Due to the unique code per email address, sharing accounts is also technically impractical.

I’m not receiving a verification code, what now? First, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Double-check that you used the correct email address. If it’s still not working, send us a message via the chat!

Can I log in without a code? No, the code is mandatory for the security of the personal data in your account. It’s a quick step for a lot of extra safety!
