One of the key benefits of using an ATS in combination with Robin is the automatic synchronization. The matches you make within Robin will end up directly with the correct vacancy inside your ATS, provided you have linked them beforehand.
⚙️ Configuration
Linking your search query can be done quickly by following these 4 simple steps:
Open your search query in Robin.
Click on the "Connect to ats" button.
Type in the name of the vacancy.
Click on the name of the desired vacancy to finalize the connection.

✨ Output & user experience
As soon as these 4 steps are completed, your search query is successfully linked. Any candidate you select or match within this search from that moment on will be transferred directly and seamlessly to the correct vacancy inside your own ATS environment.
🛑 The limits we have
Prior linking required: Candidates will only be automatically pushed to the correct vacancy after this specific link has been activated through the 4 steps. Without this connection, Robin will not know which ATS vacancy to send the match to.
