Why can't I find a candidate in my ATS?

πŸ”‘ Check User Permissions (for Admins)

Are you a new user and candidates aren't appearing in the ATS?

  • For Recruiters: Ask your Admin (manager) if you have been added as an active ATS user within Robin.

  • For Admins: You can verify and update this under the "ATS" tab in your settings.

πŸ” Does the candidate already exist?

To keep your database clean, Robin matches data based on phone number and email address. If either of these already exists in your ATS, Robin will not push the candidate again to prevent duplicates.

πŸ“Œ Is the vacancy linked?

For a successful push, your Robin campaign must be linked to a vacancy in your ATS. For the following systems, this link must be created manually: Bullhorn, Carerix, CATSone, Connexys, Easyflex, Helloflex, Mysolution, Otys, Recruitee, Tigris, TeamTailor.

If everything seems correct, try resending the candidate manually:

  1. Go to the candidate in Robin.

  2. Click the three dots (...) next to the name.

  3. Select the option to sync/push. Note: It can take up to 30 minutes for a candidate to become visible in your ATS.
