Connect your Robin environment to HelloFlex to directly transfer candidates to your ATS!
Step 1: Preparation
Go to your HelloFlex account and log in as admin.
Click on Admin.
Click on Connect.
Click on API Users.
Click on the '+' icon.
Click on Next.
Fill in the fields.
Click on Create.
Click on your API User.
Click on Access.
Set Job/Vacature to Read/Write.
Set Application/Sollicitatie to Read/Write.
Click on Save.
Click on General.
Click on Edit.
Add these IP addresses one by one:
45.66.48.71
88.218.147.120
17. Click on Save.
Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet?
If you don’t have a Robin account, share the information from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin. We will ensure that your ATS is connected.
This information is needed:
The GUID of your API User in HelloFlex created in Step 1.
The password of the API User in HelloFlex.
Step 2B: DIY Steps
If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the connection:
Log in to Robin.
Click on ATS.
Click on Add New.
Select HelloFlex.
Copy the GUID of your API User in HelloFlex.
Paste this GUID in the username field in Robin.
Copy the password of your API User in HelloFlex.
Paste this password in the password field in Robin.
Select the users who should have access to HelloFlex or select everyone, and save.
