Connect your Robin environment to Bullhorn to directly send candidates to your ATS!
Step 1: Preparation
Email your Bullhorn account manager or [email protected] with the request to share the following details:
API Username
API Password
Client ID
Client Secret
Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet?
If you don't have a Robin account yet, share the information from Step 1 with your Robin contact person once you receive the details. We will help you connect your ATS.
Step 2B: DIY Steps
If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow the steps below to complete the connection yourself:
After receiving the details:
Open an "incognito window" in Google Chrome.
Copy and paste this URL (do not hit 'enter' yet):

Replace the parts where "xxx" appears in the link with the information you received, then hit 'enter.' You will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions.
Select "ATS."
Click on "Add New."
Select "Bullhorn."
Fill in the received information.
Select the users who need access to Bullhorn or select everyone, then save.
