Connect your Robin environment to Umanga to directly send candidates to your ATS!

Gather the following information from Umanga or contact your account manager at Umanga to collect this data:
Username: Umanga account username
API KEY: Generate an API key in Umanga
ATS URL: Subdomain for the Umanga API. For example: Our Umanga API is:

If you don’t have a Robin account yet, share the information from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin. We will ensure your ATS is connected.

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the connection:
Log in to Robin and select ATS.
Select "New Add."
Select "Umanga."
Enter the Public API URL and API Key.
Select the users who need access to Umanga or select everyone and save.

2. Search query in the searchbar.
You can find search queries not only under the Robin button in your ATS but also on the Searchbar! This way, you can easily access them.
3. Create a new search query with an existing vacancy.
It’s possible to create a new search query by clicking an existing vacancy in your ATS, which will then be visible in Robin! You can do this by following the steps in this link.
4. Dashboard.
Even the Robin 'Dashboard' is visible.
