Email your HR Office account manager or start an in-app chat with HR Office to request the following information:
Developer Key
Portal ID

If you don’t have a Robin account yet, share the information from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin as soon as you receive it. We’ll handle the integration of your ATS for you.

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the integration:
Select ATS.
Click on Add New.
Choose HROffice.
Name the integration and enter the Developer Key and Portal ID.
Select the users who should have access to HR Office, or select everyone, and save.
