How to Connect Connexys

Establishing the technical connection between Robin and Connexys follows a specific process. Follow the steps below in our interactive guide:

βš™οΈ Step 2: What the Admin sees in Robin

Once the connection is active, the Admin gains full control over the Connexys integration within Robin's settings. ​ Example of the ATS configuration panel in Robin.


General Overview

Here you can see the general connection status. ​ Under Settings > ATS, you can manage and view the following:

  • ATS URL (Crucial): Enter the URL of your Connexys/Salesforce environment here.

    ⚠️ Note: Never use a URL ending in .lightning.force.com/. Always use the variant ending in .my.salesforce.com.

    • Incorrect: companyname.lightning.force.com/

    • Correct: companyname.my.salesforce.com/

  • Credentials & Keys: Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret obtained from Connexys here.

  • Automatic Pushing: Determine which status a candidate receives when they are pushed from Robin (e.g., "New").

  • User Management: Check the boxes for the recruiters who have permission to push candidates to Connexys.
