Once the connection is active, the Admin gains full control over the Connexys integration within Robin's settings. Example of the ATS configuration panel in Robin.
General Overview
Here you can see the general connection status. Under Settings > ATS, you can manage and view the following:
ATS URL (Crucial): Enter the URL of your Connexys/Salesforce environment here.
⚠️ Note: Never use a URL ending in
.lightning.force.com/. Always use the variant ending in.my.salesforce.com.Incorrect:
companyname.lightning.force.com/Correct:
companyname.my.salesforce.com/
Credentials & Keys: Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret obtained from Connexys here.
Automatic Pushing: Determine which status a candidate receives when they are pushed from Robin (e.g., "New").
User Management: Check the boxes for the recruiters who have permission to push candidates to Connexys.
