Connect your Robin environment to Connexys to send candidates directly to your ATS!

Step 1: Preparation in Connexys

  1. Log in to Connexys and click on Settings.

  2. Click on Set-Up.

  3. Select Apps.

  4. Select App Management.

  5. Click on New Connected App.

  6. Fill in the following fields:

    • Connected App Name: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • API Name: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • Contact Email: [email protected]

  7. Click on Enable OAuth Settings.

  8. Enter the following callback URL:

  9. Select the following OAuth Scopes:

    • Full access (full)

    • Access and manage your data (API)

    • Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)

    • Provide access to your data via the Web (web)

  10. Click on Add.

  11. Select Save.

  12. Click on Continue.

  13. Click on Manage Consumer Details.

  14. Accept the login.

  15. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet

If you don’t have a Robin account yet, we can help you connect your ATS! Make sure to gather the following information and then contact your Robin contact person:

  • The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from Step 1

  • The login credentials you use to access Connexys.

Step 2B: DIY Steps

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the connection yourself:

  1. Click on ATS.

  2. Click on Add New.

  3. Select Connexys.

  4. Fill in the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

  5. ATS URL = The link you use to access Connexys (e.g., https://robin.my.salesforce.com/).

  6. Click on Save.
