Connect your Robin environment to MySolution to directly send candidates to your ATS!

Step 1: Preparation in MySolution

  1. Log in with your MySolution admin account.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Setup."

  3. Select "Apps."

  4. Select "App Management."

  5. Click on "New Connected App."

  6. Fill in the following fields:

    • Connected App Name: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • API Name: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • Contact Email: [email protected]

  7. Click "Enable OAuth Settings."

  8. Fill in the following callback URL:
    https://app.recruitrobin.com/oauth2/mysolution/

  9. Select the following 'OAuth Scopes':

    • Full Access (full)

    • Access and manage your data (API)

    • Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)

    • Provide access to your data via the Web (web)

  10. Click "Add."

  11. Check the following settings:

  12. Select "Save."

  13. Click "Continue."

  14. Click "Manage Consumer Details."

  15. Accept the login.

  16. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet?

If you don't have a Robin account yet, we can help you connect your ATS! Gather the following information and then contact your Robin contact person:

  • The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from Step 1.

  • The login credentials you use to log in to MySolution.

Step 2B: DIY Steps

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow the steps below to complete the connection yourself:

  1. Click on "ATS."

  2. Click on "Add New."

  3. Select "MySolution."

  4. Paste the Consumer Key from Step 1 in 'Consumer Key.'

  5. Paste the Consumer Secret from Step 1 in 'Consumer Secret.'

  6. ATS URL: The link you use to access MySolution (e.g., https://robin.my.salesforce.com/).

  7. Click "Save."
