How to Connect Tigris

Connect your Robin environment to Tigris to seamlessly transfer candidates to your ATS!

Step 1: Preparation in Tigris

  1. Log in to Tigris and click on Settings.

  2. Click on Set-up.

  3. Select Apps.

  4. Select App Management.

  5. Click on New Connected App.

  6. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name of Connected App: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • API Name: Recruit_Robin_Oauth2_Integration

    • Contact Email: [email protected]

  7. Click on Enable OAuth Settings.

  8. Fill in the following callback URL:

    • https://app.recruitrobin.com/oauth2/tigris/

  9. Select the following OAuth Scopes:

    • Full Access

    • Access and manage your data (API)

    • Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)

    • Provide access to your data via the Web (web)

  10. Click on Add.

  11. Select Save.

  12. Click on Continue.

  13. Click on Manage Consumer Details.

  14. Accept the login.

  15. Copy the Consumer Key.

Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet?

If you don’t have a Robin account yet, we can help you connect your ATS! Please gather the following information and contact your Robin representative:

  • The Consumer Key from Step 1.

  • The login credentials you use to access Tigris.

Step 2B: DIY Step-by-Step Guide

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the connection:

1. Click on ATS.

2. Click on Add New.

3. Click on Tigris.

4. Enter your Consumer Key.

5. Enter your Consumer Secret.

6. ATS URL = The link you use to access Tigris (e.g., https://robin.my.salesforce.com/).

7. Click on Save.

What can you see in your ATS?

1. Robin fully visible.

2. Search bar.

You can use the search bar just as you're used to:

You can also use the general search bar and select Robin here, so you’ll only see the results generated by Robin:

3. Search query in the searchbar.

You can find search queries not only under the Robin button in your ATS but also on the Searchbar! This way, you can easily access them.

4. Create a new search query with an existing vacancy.

It’s possible to create a new search query by clicking an existing vacancy in your ATS, which will then be visible in Robin! You can do this by following the steps in this link.

5. Dashboard.

Even the Robin 'Dashboard' is visible.
