How to Connect Tigris

​Please note: You will need Tigris login credentials for this. Contact your Tigris administrator if you do not have these details readily available.

βš™οΈ Step 2: What the Admin sees in Robin

Once the connection is active, the Admin has full control over the Tigris integration within the Robin settings.

Under Settings > ATS, you can manage the following:

  • ATS URL (Critical): Enter your Tigris/Salesforce environment URL here.
    ​

    ⚠️ Important: Never use a URL ending in .lightning.force.com/. Always use the version ending in .my.salesforce.com.

    • Incorrect: companyname.lightning.force.com/

    • Correct: companyname.my.salesforce.com/
      ​

  • Credentials & Keys: Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret obtained from Tigris.

  • Automatic Pushing: Define the status a candidate receives when transferred from Robin (e.g., "New").

  • User Management: Select the recruiters authorized to push candidates to Tigris.

2. Search Bar

You can use the search bar exactly as you’re used to:

Additionally, you can use the general search bar and filter for Robin. This ensures you only see results generated by Robin:

3. Accessing Searches via the Dashboard

Your searches aren't just located under the Robin button in your ATS; you can also find them by simply clicking on the search bar! This gives you quick and easy access.

4. Creating a Search via an Existing Vacancy

It is also possible to create a new search by clicking on an existing vacancy, which will then automatically become visible in Robin!

5. Dashboard

Even the Robin 'Dashboard' is fully accessible and visible.
