Follow the section “Create App Connector” from this tutorial. Clicking the link will take you to the right place! Copy the API key generated in the last step.
Create a GetConnector for vacancies in AFAS using this tutorial. We will request the following fields:
"Vacature_ID"
"Omschrijving"
"Introductie_vacature"
"Dagomschrijving"
"Zierikzee"
"Vacature_regio"
Copy the name of the created “GetConnector”.
NOTE! If you see different fields, you can send this list to our support via the chat button at the bottom right. We will assist you immediately with connecting this integration.
Add access in the App Connector to:
the created GetConnector for vacancies.
an updateConnector called “HrCreateApplicant”.

Do you not have a Robin account yet? Then share the information from step 1 with your contact person at Robin as soon as you have received the details. We will ensure that your ATS is connected by us.

Do you already have access to your own Robin account? Then follow the steps below to complete the integration yourself.
Go to ATS and click on 'Add New'.
Check AFAS Software and fill in the requested information.
