Email your account manager at RecruitNow or [email protected] with the request to share the following information:
RecruitNow API key
RecruitNow public_api_url

If you don't have a Robin account yet, share the information from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin. We will ensure your ATS is connected.

If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow the steps below to complete the integration yourself:
Select ATS
Select "Add New"
Choose "RecruitNow"
Enter the Public API URL and API Key
Select the users who need access to RecruitNow or select everyone, and save.

1. Robin fully visible.
Discover the complete Robin website! Take a quick look at the image below to explore:
2. Search bar.
You can use the search bar just as you're used to.
You can also use the general search bar and see Robin results there.
3. Search query in the searchbar.
You can find search queries not only under the Robin button in your ATS but also on the Searchbar! This way, you can easily access them.
4. Create a new search query with an existing vacancy.
It’s possible to create a new search query by clicking an existing vacancy in your ATS, which will then be visible in Robin!
5. Dashboard.
The Robin Dashboard is even visible! Here you can keep an eye on your colleagues 😜
