Learn how to set up the Indeed integration to find and message candidates directly from Robin.
๐ก What & Why
Connecting Robin to Indeed allows you to search and reach out to candidates on Indeed straight from your familiar Robin dashboard. This saves you valuable time, eliminates switching tabs, and keeps all outreach organized in 1 central place.
โ
โ๏ธ How it works
The integration relies on an active Indeed account from your organization with a valid subscription. Robin automatically detects if the linked account has an active subscription. Has the subscription ended? Robin will automatically mark the status as 'Expired'.
โ
๐ ๏ธ Setup
Get connected in just 3 simple steps:
Install Extension: Make sure the Robin Chrome extension is installed in your browser.
Log into Indeed: Log into your organization's Indeed account with the extension active.
Done! Robin instantly syncs your account. You are connected and ready to start sourcing. ๐
โ
โจ Result & User Experience
Once connected, you can source candidates on Indeed directly from Robin. Your profile will display exactly which Indeed account is linked to you. If there are any changes to your status, you will immediately receive an in-app notification and a confirmation email so you always know where you stand.
โ
๐ The Limits
Active Subscription Required: If your account shows an 'Expired' status, data import stops immediately until the subscription is renewed on Indeed.
โNo In-App Request Button: You cannot request a new license directly inside Robin. Please contact your internal Admin (e.g., via Slack or email) if needed.
โ FAQ
My Indeed subscription was renewed, but Robin says 'Expired'?
Don't worry! Robin just needs a quick refresh. Simply log back into Indeed with the Robin Chrome extension active, and the status will immediately turn green again. ๐ข
Can I start messaging candidates right after logging in?
Yes! As soon as the extension recognizes your active account, you can start reaching out to candidates directly from Robin.
