πŸš€ How it works

Under the β€˜Activity’ tab in Robin, you will automatically see the notes or status updates that have been added in your connected ATS. This allows you to easily track all updates in one central location.

βš™οΈ Configuration

Below is the step-by-step guide on how to view and adjust information for each system:

Carerix

  • Adding a note: Go to a candidate list β†’ Click on a candidate β†’ Open the Activiteiten (Activities) tab β†’ Click the β€œ+” button β†’ Select Notitie (Note) under Type β†’ Fill out the subject and text β†’ Click Voltooien (Complete).

  • Adjusting status: Open a candidate list β†’ Click on a candidate β†’ Go to the Matches tab β†’ Click on a match β†’ Click the dropdown next to the stage β†’ Choose a status β†’ Click Opslaan (Save).

Bullhorn

  • Adding a note: Open a candidate β†’ Click the Actions dropdown menu β†’ Choose Add note β†’ Enter your note and select an action β†’ Click Save.

  • Adjusting status: Open a candidate β†’ Go to the Submissions tab β†’ Click on a submission β†’ Click the status dropdown β†’ Choose a new status.

Otys

  • Adjusting status: Open the candidate list β†’ Click on a candidate β†’ Go to the Sollicitaties (Applications) tab β†’ Click Procedure wijzigen (Change procedure) β†’ Choose the correct status (Otys uses a 3-step status structure) β†’ Click Opslaan (Save).

  • Adding a note: Open the candidate list β†’ Click on a candidate β†’ Go to the Dossier tab β†’ Click the β€œ+” button and choose Notitie (Note) β†’ Fill out the subject, text, and select the type β†’ Click Opslaan (Save).

  • Outreach via WhatsApp (notes only): Open the candidate list β†’ Click on a candidate β†’ Go to the Dossier tab β†’ Click the β€œ+” button and choose WhatsApp β†’ Add your note regarding the contact moment β†’ Click Opslaan (Save).

Thanks to the integration, all up-to-date information is directly accessible within Robin. You are always fully prepared for your conversations because changes and notes made in the ATS can be reviewed centrally right away.

  • WhatsApp outreach (Otys): This only functions for logging notes and will only work if the candidate's phone number is correctly filled in on their profile.
