The CV download feature becomes available only after a candidate has been linked to a specific job or campaign. This ensures your workflow within the platform remains structured and organized.
⚙️ Configuration
Follow these exact steps to retrieve the CV:
Move the candidate to ‘Matched’:
Open the candidate's profile.
Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the profile.
Select Match.
Download the CV:
Once the candidate is matched, a download icon will appear.
Click on this download icon to download the CV immediately.
Well done! ✅

After completing these steps, the CV file will be saved directly to your local device, making it ready for further use in your selection process.
🛑 The limits we have
Match required first: It is not possible to download a CV from a candidate who has not been moved to the 'Matched' status yet. The download icon remains hidden until this action is taken.
❓ FAQ
Why don't I see the download icon on a candidate's profile? The download icon only appears after you have successfully moved the candidate to 'Matched'. To do this, click the three dots in the top-right corner first and select 'Match'.
