🚀 How it works
The integration between AFAS and Robin utilizes an App Connector and a GetConnector. This allows Robin to securely read vacancy data and send candidate information directly back into your AFAS environment.
⚙️ Configuration
Carefully follow these three steps to set up the integration:
Create an App Connector:
Follow the “App Connector Aanmaken” section of this tutorial. Clicking the link will open it at the exact right location.
Important: Copy the API key generated in the final step.
Create a GetConnector for vacancies:
Create a GetConnector for vacancies in AFAS using this tutorial.
We require the following specific fields:Vacature_IDOmschrijvingIntroductie_vacatureDagomschrijvingZierikzeeVacature_regio
Important: Copy the exact name of the newly created “GetConnector”.
Grant access in the App Connector:
Within the created App Connector, grant access to the following components:
The newly created GetConnector for vacancies.
An updateConnector named
HrCreateApplicant.
✨ Output & user experience
Once you have completed all steps, collect the required details (the generated API key and the exact name of the GetConnector) and send them to [email protected]. Our team will activate the integration on the backend, making your vacancies automatically visible in Robin.
🛑 The limits we have
Different fields: If you see different fields in your AFAS environment than the six requested above, please send this list to our support team via the chat button in the bottom right corner. We will then check if it is still possible to establish the connection.
