I can't see the Indeed or LinkedIn connection?

IIf you don’t see the option to connect Indeed or LinkedIn in Robin, it usually means the Robin Chrome extension is missing. Without this extension, Robin cannot detect your accounts, and the connection options will not appear.

How to fix this

Follow these steps to activate the connection:

  1. Install the Robin Chrome extension

  2. Reopen Robin in Chrome

  3. Log in to Indeed or LinkedIn

  4. The connection will then appear automatically

Additional checks

For both LinkedIn and Indeed

Go to Settings → Browser Extension in Robin.

Check whether the toggle for Indeed or LinkedIn is pink (enabled).

Check your LinkedIn or Indeed credits.

For Indeed, verify that the Smart Sourcing subscription is correctly assigned to your account after purchase. Without this subscription, the integration with Robin will not function fully.

For LinkedIn InMail, you need at least Recruiter Lite. This subscription provides access to InMail, which enables the email functionality within Robin.

To use the integration, you must have at least one available credit on LinkedIn or Indeed. Make sure you still have credits in your account.

If you still receive a message saying you have no credits

If you do have credits but still get an error saying none are available, this is usually caused by outdated browser data.

Solution: Clear your browser cookies and try again. This refreshes the connection with LinkedIn or Indeed and usually resolves the error immediately.
