π‘ What & Why
Transparency within a team leads to better collaboration. By viewing which messages are being sent to candidates, you can learn from each other as a team and prevent candidates from being approached twice or with conflicting information.

βοΈ How it works
You can track your team's sent messages in two central locations. In both cases, you use the handy 'From team' toggle.
1. Via the Inbox (Central overview) Want a chronological feed of all communication?
Go to your Inbox in the menu.
Turn on the 'From team' switch (it will turn green).
Result: You now see all incoming and outgoing messages from the entire team in one overview.
2. Via the 'Contacted' tab (Candidate level) Want to see the history per candidate?
Go to the Candidates overview.
Click on the 'Contacted' tab.
Set the 'From team' switch to green here as well.
Result: You see exactly who was approached and when. At the bottom right of each candidate, it states which team member performed the action and via which channel (e.g., WhatsApp or email).

β οΈ The limits
Templates: Currently, it is not possible to view a central overview of the personal templates created by team members. These remain private to the user for now.
Privacy: You can only see messages sent via the Robin platform (or linked tools).

Can I edit my team members' messages? No, you can only view the messages. Editing sent messages is not possible.
Does my team also see my messages? Yes, the 'From team' function works for all users within the same organizational environment, unless otherwise configured by an admin.
Why can't I see some LinkedIn messages? LinkedIn messages are only visible if the team member has correctly synchronized the browser extension.
