Find even better matches by filtering based on relevant work experience.
The 'Experience Gained During' filter helps you decide which parts of a candidate's work history should be included in your search. It’s perfect when you’re looking for recent experience – or want to consider broader backgrounds.
🔍 When does this filter appear?
The ‘Experience Gained During’ filter appears once you've added at least one Job Title to your search.
It acts as a refinement on top of your existing filters and helps you narrow down your results with just two clicks.
💡 How does it work?
By default, Robin shows all candidates who match your job title(s) and other filters.
That includes candidates who used to work in relevant roles, even if they’ve since moved into something else.
With the ‘Experience Gained During’ filter, you decide:
whether to include these candidates,
and how far back you want to look in their work history.
