The âExperience Gained Duringâ filter appears once you've added at least one Job Title to your search.
It acts as a refinement on top of your existing filters and helps you narrow down your results with just two clicks.

By default, Robin shows all candidates who match your job title(s) and other filters.
That includes candidates who used to work in relevant roles, even if theyâve since moved into something else.
With the âExperience Gained Duringâ filter, you decide:
whether to include these candidates,
