How to Use the Profile Page

In this article, we will explain how to use the profile page and what information you can find there.

Updated over a week ago

The profile page is divided into the following sections:

(Note: Certain fields might be 'missing' because not every job board collects the same data.)

  • Introduction

  • Experience

  • Notes

  • Candidate History

  • Education

  • Certifications

  • Skills

  • Languages

  • Preferences

  • Candidate History

Highlights:

Modified Information:

This profile is tagged as modified information.

We indicate new information with green stars ✨, and modified information with a blue pencil ✏️.

Candidate History:

Under the candidate history section, we show the progression of a specific candidate. Candidates who were hidden in other searches will reappear in new relevant searches. This means that one of your colleagues might have already contacted a candidate.

Notes:

If you (or a colleague) make a note in a candidate's profile, we show this with a blue dot.

When you click to open the note field, you can see who made the note and when:

Share, Shortlist, Contact, Hide

From left to right, you can perform the following actions with these buttons:

Share Profile URL:

This allows you to create and copy the link to the candidate's profile, which you can then share with a colleague.

Shortlist:

If you're impressed with a candidate after an initial scan but don't want to contact them directly, you can move the candidate to the shortlist using this button.

Contact:

If you're immediately interested after an initial scan and want to get in touch via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or Indeed, you can do so using this button.

Hide:

If the candidate doesn't fit within the current search, you can hide them with this button.

More Options:

Under the three dots, the 'shortlist for other searches' button is hidden. If you come across a candidate who isn't suitable for the current search but is (almost) perfect for another, you can move them to the other search from here.
