At Robin, we work day and night on our mission to make your recruitment process as efficient as possible. With the introduction of Robin in RecruitNow, we take the next step in that journey.

To utilize these features, you need our Robin browser extension. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can do so here.

In RecruitNow, go to an open job vacancy and click the Candidate Leads button.

We will then automatically start a search based on the vacancy. If you or a colleague want to continue working on the same search, just go to the same vacancy in RecruitNow, and we will open the existing search. Any changes will be automatically saved.

If you want to further refine the search, you can open the filter field by clicking on the small arrow.

Matches will appear as usual in the leads portal:

If you're looking for a candidate you matched earlier in a search, enter the candidate's name, and we will show you the available matches. When you click on the candidate's name, we will open their profile as available in Robin.

This also works if you enter the name of a search!

Have you forgotten what a search is called or prefer scrolling through the list of existing searches? Scroll down and browse all your open searches under the Candidate Leads section.

I click on Candidate Leads, but nothing happens!
Log in to RecruitNow and then log into Robin in a new tab. After that, you can log out and log back in, and try again.
