Once you're logged into Robin, you can easily find all your 'Shortlisted,' 'Contacted,' and 'Matched' candidates using the search bar at the top. You can search using information from their CVs, such as their name, phone number, and email address.

No worries! If you’re having trouble, navigate to the specific search query where you contacted the candidate and look through the list of contacted candidates.

If you can't find a candidate using their phone number:

Check if it includes the country code (+316)and try searching without it (06) or

If it starts with (06), try searching with the country code (+316).

Remember, not everyone formats their number the same way!
