In this article, we’ll explore how to locate candidates effectively.

Updated over a month ago

Looking for a candidate you’ve previously messaged or called? In this article, we’ll show you how to quickly find them again.

Here’s how it works

Once you're logged into Robin, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen.
From there, you can search through all candidates you’ve:

  • Shortlisted

  • Contacted

  • Matched

You can search by details found on their CV, such as:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Can’t find someone?

No stress! You can also go back to the search assignment where you contacted the candidate.
From there, check the list of contacted candidates — chances are you’ll find them there.

💡 Tips & tricks

Can’t find someone by their phone number? Try these quick checks:

  • Is there a country code in front of the number? Try searching without it.
For example: search for 06 instead of +316.

  • No country code in the number? Try searching with one.
For example: search for +316 instead of 06.

Not everyone writes their number the same way — a small change can make all the difference.
