A checked candidate is a candidate that Robin has verified as open to work, reachable, and with known job preferences. This status helps recruiters quickly identify which candidates are most promising to reach out to.
Checked candidates receive a clear label in Robin, so you immediately know that the profile has been validated by our system.

Better matching The chance of successful placements increases because you’re working with candidates that Robin has already validated.
