Why You Can’t Click Away a Call in Robin

When you start a call in Robin, the call window stays visible and cannot be dismissed by clicking outside it. This is intentional it ensures your call is logged correctly and the session remains stable.

Why This Matters

Robin’s call interface is designed to:

  • Capture your notes

  • Require a call outcome selection

  • Show alternative channels when relevant

  • Save the call properly when you're done

If the window could be dismissed, these steps might be skipped or interrupted leading to incomplete logging or technical issues.

You're Still in Control

The call window stays active until you choose to end the call using the Save button. This guarantees everything is recorded properly and no steps are missed.
