💡 What & Why
The RJ Bulk Communication Agent is a powerful extension of Robin Jr. Instead of approaching candidates individually, you can now provide an entire page (max. 20 candidates) with personalized AI messages with just one click. This saves you a significant amount of time without sacrificing a personal touch.
⚙️ How it works
The Bulk Agent works in parallel: while you review the first few messages, the AI generates the remaining texts in the background. Once you click send, the messages are dispatched via a secure queue, and candidates are automatically moved to the 'Contacted' tab.
🛠️ Configuration
The wizard guides you through the process in four quick phases:
Selection: Select candidates individually or use the checkbox at the top of the list "Select candidates". Then click the Robin Jr. button.
Select Job: Choose the corresponding vacancy. Using an ATS? You can import a job directly here as well.
Questionnaire (optional): Review the qualification questions.
Tip: Check "Don't show preview next time" to skip this step in the future.
Review & Start: Check the generated texts. Use the eye icon for a preview or the trash can icon to remove a candidate from this specific run.
Send: Click 'Confirm and start'.
Note: This button becomes active once the AI has successfully prepared all messages.
🚀 Output & User Experience
Efficiency: You can see the AI building the messages in real-time. There’s no need to wait; you can start fine-tuning the first few texts while the rest are loading.
Status: After starting, you'll see a progress bar. Once a message is sent, the candidate's card is immediately updated with the correct status in the 'Contacted' overview.
⚠️ The limits
Number per run: You can select a maximum of 20 candidates (one full page) at a time.
Daily limit: There is a standard limit of 50 activities per day. This resets every 24 hours.
Error messages: If generation fails for a candidate, they will be skipped, and it won't count towards your daily limit.

❓ FAQ
Can I still edit the messages? Absolutely! In the review step (step 4), you can edit each message individually in the editor before it is sent.
How do I remove a candidate from a run? Click the trash can icon next to their name in the overview. The candidate will simply remain in your 'Search' tab.
Are interview invites sent automatically? Only if your calendar is connected and you have enabled the 'Auto-send interview invite' option in the settings.
