There are two ways to gain access to the platform, depending on your situation:
Your company is already a client: You cannot create an account yourself. Ask your internal Robin Admin or manager to create a profile for you.
Your company is not a client yet: Start your journey by requesting a demo. One of our experts will show you exactly what Robin can do for you.

Admin action: The administrator within your organization adds your email address to the environment.
Activation: Once added, you will automatically receive an activation email. Click the link in this email to set your password.

As soon as your account is activated, youβll have instant access to all features assigned to your role. Youβll land in a clean, intuitive environment where you can immediately start finding top talent. Tip: After signing up, register for one of our user training sessions to hit the ground running!

π The limits we have
No self-service: For security and license management reasons, you cannot open an account without an invitation from an Admin or a Robin expert.
Business email only: Accounts can only be created using an official business email address.

Can I create an account without my manager's involvement? No, thatβs not possible. Access is always granted by your company's admin or by our support team.

How long does it take before I can start? If your company is already a client, it can be set up in under a minute. Not a client yet? You can be up and running right after the demo and contract phase.
