Who we are

At Robin, we believe everyone deserves opportunities that truly fit who they are. Yet we see many candidates being contacted every day about jobs that would never make them happy. That’s a waste — and completely unnecessary.

Why we do this

That’s why we work with major job sites to give employers and recruitment agencies instant access to all candidates. But not blindly: we ask candidates about their preferences so we understand what they’re actually looking for.

This way, you only receive job offers that match your wishes. Fairer, smarter, and far more personal. That’s what drives us.

Why am I receiving messages from Robin?

We sometimes contact candidates via WhatsApp when their CV is shared with us through a job site. This only happens because your details are visible on that job site for recruiters. You don’t need to log in with us, and you don’t have a separate profile in our system.

How can I remove or update my facts?

Because your information comes to us directly from a job site, you can only manage or delete your CV there. Once you remove your CV from the job site:

  • your profile automatically disappears from our system

  • WhatsApp messages stop

  • recruiters no longer have access to your details

  • we can no longer view or process your information

We cannot manually delete your data, because we do not store it ourselves — we only receive it from the job site.

Why can’t I log in?

You don’t have an account with us. All information we receive comes directly from the job site where you uploaded your CV. That’s why logging in with your email address won’t work.

What if I receive unwanted or repeated contact?

Recruiters may contact candidates based on the information visible on the job site. If you experience unwanted contact:

  • update or delete your CV on the job site

  • set your profile there to private or anonymous

  • these changes will automatically be reflected on our side

We cannot adjust or block your data as long as it remains active on the job site.

Why is it set up this way?

  • You stay fully in control of your own data

  • You only need to manage your CV in one place: the job site

  • We process only the information you choose to make available there

  • Once you remove your data, it automatically disappears from our system
