Connect your Robin environment to TeamTailor to directly transfer candidates to your ATS!
Step 1: Preparation
Generate an API key in TeamTailor. Read how to do that here: TeamTailor API Guide.
Note: Select Admin for 'permission' and Read/Write for 'Types'.
Step 2A: No Robin Account Yet?
If you don’t have a Robin account yet, share the API key from Step 1 with your contact person at Robin as soon as you create it in TeamTailor. We will ensure that your ATS is connected.
Step 2B: DIY Steps
If you already have access to your own Robin account, follow these steps to complete the connection:
Select ATS
Click on Add New
Choose TeamTailor
Name the connection and enter your API key
Select the users who should have access to TeamTailor, or select everyone, and save
