How does it work?
Follow the steps below to manually add a vacancy:
Click on searches
Go to the searches section in the menu.
Click on one of your candidates
Open Robin JR
Select Robin JR to create a new manual vacancy. "Is Robin JR not see able then refresh your page"
Find a similar vacancy
Search for a vacancy that closely matches the role you want to enter. Open it by clicking the pencil icon.
Click on create new job
Then click Provide text.
Enter the job preferences
Fill in the job information and preferences you received. Then click Process job.
Check the conditions
Review whether all conditions have been copied correctly and adjust them if needed.
View the Job Preview
Click Job Preview to see how the vacancy will appear to candidates.
Click Save and Submit
When everything is correct, save the job. You will then find it under Your jobs.
Note: If you don’t see Robin JR, please refresh the page — it should appear after reloading.Some customers don’t have access to Robin JR yet. Only a select group is currently testing this feature. You can request access from us.
Important: Low Quality Warning
If the system considers the vacancy to be low quality, low‑quality indicators will appear. Adjust the highlighted sections and click Save again. The vacancy will then be accepted.
Why would you use this?
Sometimes you receive a vacancy only verbally, via WhatsApp, or on paper. With this feature, you can still enter the vacancy digitally so that you can:
use it for automated messages
match candidates
manage the vacancy clearly within Recruit Robin
It makes you more efficient and ensures you don’t miss vacancies that were not delivered digitally.
