How does it work?
Follow the steps below to manually add a vacancy:
Click on searches
Go to the searches section in the menu.
Click on one of your candidates
Open Robin JR
Open the messaging options (Email or WhatsApp) or select Robin Jr. to create a new manual vacancy."
Find a similar vacancy
Search for a vacancy that closely matches the role you want to enter. Open it by clicking the pencil icon.
Click on create new job
Then click Provide text.
Enter the job preferences
Fill in the job information and preferences you received. Then click Process job.
Check the conditions
Review whether all conditions have been copied correctly and adjust them if needed.
View the Job Preview
Click Job Preview to see how the vacancy will appear to candidates.
Click Save and Submit
When everything is correct, save the job. You will then find it under Your jobs.
⚠️ Note: Don't see Robin Jr.?
Refresh the page; the option should then appear. Some customers do not yet have access to Robin Jr., as a select group is currently testing this feature. You can request access from us.
⚠️ Note: Low quality alert
If the system determines the vacancy contains too little information, "low quality" bars will appear. Adjust the highlighted sections and click Save again. The vacancy will then be accepted.
Why would you use this?
Sometimes you receive a vacancy only verbally, via WhatsApp, or on paper. With this feature, you can still enter the vacancy digitally so that you can:
use it for automated messages
match candidates
manage the vacancy clearly within Recruit Robin
It makes you more efficient and ensures you don’t miss vacancies that were not delivered digitally.
